I woke up at 01:30 this morning but instead of busting another nut… What if I just woke up for real and lifted?
Whoaaaaaaaa amazing dude now you’re really doing it for your own benefit instead of being like “nah i dont feel like it”. Is this character growth and development!? Even more so when I’m sore from all the other previous lifting…! It’s easy to skip/pass when you’re sore because you’ll want to wait until you’re not sore anymore to do it… but keep going!
Reps for 135×5 155×5 175×5 105x10x5 but even though the sets for 10 reps seem pretty light… I’m gassed at the 7th rep and have to breathe for a bit to catch up. mmmm so out of shape

Think I need to work on portioning food out since half way through that plate of breakfast I was like nah cant eat anymore. So I brought it to work! Hooray for not paying for lunch. I usually think like oh yeah I can eat this much but then oh this would also be good to add and then it goes overboard! Although all this lifting makes me hungry ;_; at least I’m back down from when I pigged out on Friday. hooray
Getting some new lifting shoes since my current pair is like 10 years old. and if i’m going to attempt to take it seriously then maybe having new shoes will make me more excited to slip them on and get lifting! but do they really have to cost 200 tendies? …….nyes you get what you pay for ok and if the pair lasts another 10 years… not bad?
The new intern at work has been hounding me for work and HONESTLY it takes more time for me to explain what the fuck to do for someone completely brand new AND considering the fact that he’ll be gone in a month… but I showed him some stuff and I’ll spend more time on him this week so I better see a return on investment on my time…! At the very least I’m really happy he can at least navigate file explorer and where downloaded files are. Are my standards too low? perhaps! but I feel like zoomies these days dont know anything about PCs since they use their phones and shit so we’ll take what we can get.
