I keep fantasizing about playing runescape while walking but just listening to music and being in my own thoughts is kinda nice and relaxing. We should learn to be unplug ourselves from so much doing and purposefully not do. Like watching or reading something while you eat. or LOOKING AT YOUR MAHJONG GAME WHILE YOU ARE PLAYING and not looking at stuff primarily and playing mahjong on the side. Do one thing at a time!
