I took a walk today at lunch, but forgot to take a picture of somewhere as proof. So have a picture of the Bay Bridge from yesterday instead. The weather is quickly warming up, which is a nice change from it being rather cold for this time of year.

I visited the barbell outside today! I hit 155×5 for squats but found 175×5 to be steady. For now let’s get comfortable with finding a confident upper max for 5 reps for all the lifts (bench/deadlift remaining) and then maybe after 2-3 weeks we can adjust training maxes for 5/3/1. I was thinking if I do the Uzaku app in-between sets I could get fit gainz and mahjong gainz at the same time… but what if I started playing RuneScape again… imagine the exp gainz… omg…
