bro there’s no tedashis since 3z came out… but if we follow this approach, there is NO chance of being ronned on 6z, whereas we will have a chance of being ronned on 3z the turn after. But if we do it in the order I did it (3z >>> 6z), we have a chance to get ronned on both discards. ok this is seriously minmaxxing lol but i see it

anyway i was thinking if i ruin my hand here my only genbutsu is 0p. hand is technically mangan if i can win, so might be worth a shot since there is “value” in the hand on winning 4m riichi ron or dama tsumo. 2m is low risk… but I guess I also don’t need to “do or die” vs dealer riichi just yet
I was thinking chiitoi here since I have isolated 2s dora… but if I have a pair of 2p, that makes 1p better for chiitoi… so what the fuck are you thinking…?
ok so the moment this 2s came out after he chii’d 4p, in my mind it was like OK. he’s tenpai now. time to fold. so I start with genbutsu 2s. I should have tossed 2p though because he’s already done with his lower pinzu block for his hand (i did NOT think about this during the match and only see it retroactively) by calling 423p chii and not keeping the 5p overflow from the turn before (I found this is a long roundabout way to say 2p is suji).
luckily for me… i pick the 2s back up… and I was like wait… I can attack his hand…

also, I played this game right after waking up and held myself to not fuck around on any other windows (internet/chat/changing music). I did find myself using thinking time more effectively and observing other players push / call more carefully. let’s see if we can fix our attention span.
