I’d feel this one later was bad as i realized my tenpai was dead after drawing 6m… I can’t draw a 9s at this point so 557p has 6 tiles available whereas 579p has 8 tiles visible to complete that shape. wow math is good

i just floundered on shanpon 55p99s looking to improve 4p or 8s to get back into pinfu.. it’s riichi dora 2 for 7700 and all 4 are ‘alive’ so yeah bad call to not doing anything here
