Anyway, I paid money to find out I’m fat! Well not technically… previous me from 2021 bought these in advance… but I never used them until now… thanks dude…

Umm yup I’m fat! I’m actually surprised my lean tissue hasn’t dropped off a cliff since I haven’t lifted at all since then… but we can only go up from here right haha. I think we can do these on a quarterly basis, so we’ll do another one in May 2026!

Since we’re making self-improvements, let’s also improve our mindfulness! Mindfulness is the ability to focus on the task at hand. Supposedly, engaging fully let’s you concentrate, perform better and find enjoyment and fulfillment in your tasks. Suppose you were reading a really good cunny doujin… then your friend messages you some tweet about how Epstein was diddling kids in some new e-mail found wherever the fuck. You’d be like bruh and close that shit but now you’re all soft and sad. Not ideal!

So new rules for me is to NOT have chat/web browser/file explorer/audio player windows open. Pick one good song, set it on repeat and don’t fuck with it until the hanchan is over. You can look at whatever the fuck you want after. Now, you just pick the god damn best discard you can one at a time.

And? I think it’s useful so far – I’m looking around more at tedashi/tsumogiri, particularly more after they’ve opened their hand, paying more attention to discards that are unsafe as signals for pushing/damaten, and using actually using my turn clock because I notice there’s more things to think about! Maybe this will help me make it to the next level…!
