still refining things around here. let's try to brainstorm an 'ideal' day

[Off/WFH Day] Wake Up (04:30-05:15)> Take Meds > Get dressed > Go Lift (if off day, come up with morning routine e.g. kettlebell swings, 'bear complex' @ 65 lbs, back/core exercise etc) > Go Walk > Eat Breakfast > Oral/Facial Hygiene > Start Working

[On/Commute Day] Wake Up > Take Meds > Get Dressed > [Go Lift (Wednesday)] or [10-15 Min "Warm-up" > Go Walk] > Breakfast > Oral/Facial Hygiene > if time permitting, Minor Admin/Easy Tasks > Commute to Work (We can do Japanese Reps on Commute)

Notice how none of this has 'playing mobile games' or 'looking for/at cunny' or 'using discord/element'!!!!!

[End Phase] After Dinner (18:00-18:45?)> 2nd Walk? (19:30-8:15ish?) > Clean Room (remove clothes from floor, quick floor swiffer, remove dishes/tea pot/bottles/cans, refill water bottle, devices except faptop off, cover TVs/keyboard, prep backpack if next day is On Day), reflect on day (5-10 minutes, write in your FREE SPACE), fap to cunny (or titty monsters), sleep (hopefully by 9:30)

Before EATING eat some PSYLLIUM HUSK so you can maybe FEEL MORE FULL to EAT LESS. I would previously skip this unconditionally for breakfast since I wouldn't want psyllium husk to block absorption of my meds but if we take meds FIRST THING in the morning then this should no longer be an issue. This will be an attempt to CURB MY APPETITE because I get HUNGRY after LIFTING (in particular squats) but this should NOT be a license to eat whatever the fuck i want like a fucking (animal that eats everything in its path)

[Saturday Weekly Maintenance] Instead of Start Working, Start Laundry, Sweep Room/Upstairs/Stairs, refill water dispenser, refill onahole lube dispenser, change dakimakura covers, change doujinshi/tankoubons on display, put laundry away, then Start Working
