Was I productive yesterday? For a bit... Definitely too much time spent going "ok fuck this I'm gonna sit on my bed and waste time!" At least I worked out and did some extracurriculars that I wouldn't normally do.

Wasting time isn't actually that fun. Why do I keep doing it? Bad habit? ...

This is turning more into of a morning thing than a nightly routine, since I'm doing this as I wake up now. Which isn't bad and could actually be better... Not sure what I need to plan on non lift days besides just 'working'. Maybe a walk / core/ab exercises? Should only take 30-40 minutes hypothetically, so... maybe!
